Dear Camper-Van Guest,

we bid you a hearty welcome and are glad that you have chosen the Kaiser Hot Springs as your travel destination. In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, here is some information about your parking place.

Overnight Accommodation

For a caravan that is parked overnight, we charge 6 euros per day for the parking place, including power. The health resort tax will be charged at the current rate of 1.80 euros per person per day (as from age 16). Please report to the cashier's office when you arrive.

Utilities, Waste Disposal and Sanitary Facilities

A supply of fresh water is available at our own water supply station on a fee-for-use basis (via chip, available for 1.80 euros at the hot springs' cashier's office). At the water supply station there is also free disposal of waste water. Sanitary facilities are located only in the hot springs. Domestic waste may be disposed of in the storage and maintenance yard.

Liability

The camper-van parking places are not supervised. Please understand that we accept no liability for damage or loss by theft etc. The conditions of the parking regulations apply.

Behaviour at the Parking Area
Please avoid all forms of harassment of other guests. Our visitors want peace and quiet, cleanliness and order at the parking area. Loud playing of radios, stereos etc. and open fires (including barbecues etc.) are therefore not permitted.

Wellness, Recuperation, Prevention and Therapy
You will find attractive programmes at the hot springs, the town of Bad Abbach and destinations of tourist interest in the brochures available at the hot springs. Our personnel will be happy to give you further information. We wish you a pleasant and recuperative stay in Bad Abbach.
